You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

Starting a Project

Projects start when you contact me via the contact form, provide project details, agree to the price and scope, and pay the required deposit. Work will not begin until the deposit is received.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide project details, text content, images, logos, and timely feedback. You must ensure you have legal rights to any content provided. Delays in providing materials or feedback may extend project timelines or pause the project.

Pricing

Prices are displayed on the website. Additional costs may apply if you request a custom logo, custom content, faster delivery, extra revision rounds beyond your plan, or expanded project scope. Additional work begins only after you agree to the updated price. Quotes are valid for 7 days.

Payments

Payments are made via secure Stripe links. Deposit of 25% is required before work starts, with the remaining 75% due before files are delivered. Stripe handles all payment data. More information: Stripe Privacy Policy.

Deposits and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled after work has started, payments already made will not be refunded.

Delivery of Completed Work

Completed websites are delivered via a download link emailed to you. Hosting setup is your responsibility; I provide guidance but do not manage hosting accounts.

Ownership of the Final Website

Ownership transfers after full payment. I retain the right to reuse general knowledge, coding practices, and techniques developed during the project.

Designer Credit in Website Footer

Completed websites include a small footer credit linking to my website to identify the designer and showcase my work.

Portfolio Rights

I may display completed projects in my portfolio, social media, and marketing materials, even after a client no longer works with me.

SEO and Performance Disclaimer

I follow best practices for SEO, speed, and user experience but cannot guarantee search rankings, traffic, page speed, or conversion results.

Third-Party Services

Services such as Hostinger, Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Ads, Google Forms, and Stripe may be used. I am not responsible for their operations or privacy practices.

International Data Transfers

Some third-party services may process data outside the UK. Appropriate safeguards are used to ensure protection under UK data laws.

Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, issues caused by third-party services, or downtime. Total liability does not exceed the amount paid for the project. Legal liability for death, injury, or fraud is not excluded.

Force Majeure

I am not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside my reasonable control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or technical failures.

Privacy

Personal data is handled according to my Privacy Policy.

Links to Other Websites

My website may link to portfolio examples, client websites, or recommended tools. I am not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external websites.

Children’s Services

The website and services are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.
