Frequently Asked Questions
There are 2 parts of the payment process: the initial deposit and the complete payment.
The initial deposit is used to ensure client commitment and is 25% of the total price of the project and I’ll send you a Stripe checkout link for it during the discussion phase. There’s no deadline to complete this payment, but I can’t begin working on your website until it’s been paid off.
The complete payment is the remaining 75% of the total price and I’ll send you a checkout link for it during the revision phase. Similarly to the deposit, there’s no deadline to complete this payment, but I won’t be able to send you your website download link until it’s been paid.
For both payments, you should automatically be emailed a receipt once you complete them.
Most of the major credit/debit cards (such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express) are accepted.
Furthermore, all of the following payment methods are also allowed:
- Google Pay.
- Apple Pay.
- Amazon Pay.
- Samsung Pay.
- Revolut Pay.
- Link.
Unfortunately, PayPal isn’t an accepted payment method.
Most of the time, no.
However, there may be additional costs if one of these criteria are met:
- You significantly expand the scope of the website as it’s being developed.
- You request more/larger revision rounds than your pricing plan allows.
If either of these are met, you’ll be quoted at my hourly rate of £25/hour for the time it takes me to complete the necessary work. This quote will then be added onto the total price of the project.
Unfortunately, no. However, I’ll do my best to make sure you won’t need them.
Yes, I can meet any deadline you have (assuming it’s realistic) for an affordable extra cost.
My rate for completing website design projects quicker is £25/Day. For example, if you want a 4 Page Basic Website (which would normally take 8 days to finish) completed in just 4 days, it’ll cost an additional £100.

Ideally, you should already have:
- Your logo.
- Your text content.
- Your image content.
If you don’t have the logo or text content, I can provide both of these to you for a budget-friendly extra cost. Please contact me if you’re interested in either of these services.
If you don’t have the image content, I’ll still work with you to find a solution, such as guiding you on how to take the images yourself or potentially hiring a photographer. Stock images are a last resort as they can harm the content and SEO value of your website.
Yes, I offer both of these services.
Once your website is live, I can provide free post-launch support and assistance for any issues or questions you have relating to your site.
Furthermore, you can request my post-launch updates and maintenance service where I’ll implement updates and changes of any size or kind into your site once it’s released.
If you require either of these services, please contact me.
I make Wordpress websites, but, unlike other Wordpress developers, I code the theme for each one from scratch - using tools such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, MySQL and many more. This is better for your site as it will lead to a faster performance and offer a lot more customisation. Many designers simply use a pre-made Wordpress theme from an online marketplace, which are often poorly built and optimised. Furthermore, they most likely won't be a good fit for your site as they were designed for another purpose.
If you're uncomfortable using Wordpress to manage your site, I'll work with you to find a solution. I can provide beginner-friendly, detailed tutorials on how to use Wordpress, or I can provide a completely custom-coded, easy-to-understand CMS, specifically designed for your website. Furthermore, you can simply contact me at anytime if you need support or assistance with using Wordpress and I'll either provide free instructions or affordable DIY work to your site, depending on what's best for you.
Yes, I develop websites with beginners in mind, and I’ll ensure your site is easy for you, no matter your website expertise, to edit, update, manage and maintain once it’s live.
I’ll create beginner-friendly, detailed tutorials on managing your site post-launch to offer more assistance. Furthermore, you can always email me with any issues or questions you have and I’ll provide free support and instructions.
It will, but only a little bit. Your website will only need about an hour’s worth of maintenance per month, just some small component updates for security and performance reasons.
Even though website maintenance is very quick and simple, I’ll still create beginner-friendly tutorials on how to perform it for extra assistance. In addition to this, you can always email me with any questions or issues you encounter and I’ll provide free support and instructions.
No, I can make any type of website, including:

No, I never use AI when designing or developing websites.
Within 4 working hours (8AM-8PM UK Time) of completing the final payment, I’ll send a download link to the website folder (as well as any other resources you need) via an email.
